Christine

I met Christine in a train station between Paris and Tours, on the first day of my (and her) vacation in France. We were both looking for the same train, got on it together, started talking, then started traveling together. When I returned to California, we were already talking about getting married, which we did, about 9 months later at her parents house in Denmark.

Exactly 2 months after I left her in Europe, she came to live with me in California and though we were married in Denmark in 1994, we first moved here for good in 1996.

We stayed together until 2010 and divorced as quickly and amicably as we fell in love. We are still friends and keep in touch a few times a year.
