Alexandra

I met Alexandra through work when she was responsible for recruiting in our Ukraine office. She was also interested in photography and did wonderfully insightful and playful self-portraits. In my own self-portraits section, you may notice multiple pictures labelled “Homage to Change” or “Homage to Alexandra” (her Flickr handle was Change the Mood), which shows how she was influencing me.

After her fiancé tragically lost his life to cancer, she moved to Denmark for a while and we practiced photography together for a while. We went to a number of events together, including a horse racing derby and CopenWave.
