We continued work on translating a 2D, “constructed” view of an object and adding a light source and shadows to create the illusion of a 3D object.

Our instructor gave each of us a 2D figure, which we translated to 3D.

Next, we moved on to drawing a more complex object, in my group’s case, a clay water pot. I wasn’t able to finish my sketch in class, so I continued working on it the day after.
