Oman

I would have never gone to Oman if it had not been for the pressure applied on me by Faith.

She wanted pictures with camels, or had some other vision. I was concerned about Faith’s tendency to take provocative (that is, nude) photos in public, and I knew this would get us in a lot of trouble in conservative Oman.

She sent me a blog post by a photographer/model couple about taking nudes at an Egyptian monument, only to be arrested in put in jail for more than a week after having done so. In their case, the photographer was smart enough to delete all images on his camera before the police managed to confiscate it. The couple claimed not to have taken any photos and that saved them from a longer stay in jail.

Luckily, Faith showed great restraint and we managed to take interesting and legal pictures.

I also managed to get a few landscape and a single picture of strangers, so I’ve included all below.
